Terms of Service
Welcome to Sugar Daddyz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sugar Daddyz website, progressive web app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility — 18+ Only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use Sugar Daddyz. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are an adult. Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated immediately upon discovery. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to law enforcement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You may not create more than one account or impersonate another person.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, abuse, or intimidate any other user.
- Post, send, or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or sexually explicit in public-facing areas.
- Post content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates commercial sex work, human trafficking, or the exploitation of any person.
- Create fake profiles or use photos that are not of yourself.
- Solicit money, gifts, or personal financial information from other users by fraudulent means.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security controls of the Service.
- Use bots, automation, or artificial means to interact with other users.
- Share another user’s private information without their consent.
4. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Service:
- Nudity or sexually explicit imagery.
- Content depicting minors in any context.
- Violence, gore, or threats of harm.
- Illegal drugs, weapons, or other contraband.
- Hate speech or content promoting discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Intellectual property that you do not have the right to use.
- Content that infringes another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
We use automated systems and human moderators to review content. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Sugar Daddyz offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Plus at $19.95/mo). Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Free trial: Sugar Daddyz Plus includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial.
- Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the Subscription page or Settings. A pro-rated refund for unused days is issued automatically at the time of cancellation.
- Refunds: Sugar Daddyz provides pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of any paid billing period. Refunds are processed automatically through Stripe and appear within 5–10 business days. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility details.
- Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any change in subscription pricing.
- Free tier limits: free accounts are subject to daily usage limits (e.g., swipes, messages). Paid tiers unlock higher limits and additional features as described on the subscription page.
6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the photos, bio, messages, and other content you upload (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant Sugar Daddyz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, transmit, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for backup, legal, or safety reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service itself — including the Sugar Daddyz name, logo, software, design, and aggregate content — is owned by Sugar Daddyz and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not verify the identity or intentions of users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugar Daddyz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Sugar Daddyz in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sugar Daddyz from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Statesand the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Where permitted by law, you and Sugar Daddyz waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
